Great. It is official that I am fat(er) now. I weight myself at the clinic and found out that I put on 5kg. yeah I know. And now, I couldn't even wear the bangle above my elbow! I used to be able to wear it there easily. =( Emoness aside, I've gotta make friends with sports and exercises. (:
