Hello guys!
I have FINALLY passed my btt!!! I failed previously cos I studied the wrong book. Retared la. haha! I finished the test in abt 10 min, But I stayed till 7 min to the end of the test. The duration of the test is 50 min btw. I dare not select the end test button la. I was waiting for the guy next to me to finish and go off first before I select end test, in case I fail and he can so. It'll be so so so embarrassing. But, he did the test so freaking slow. After I checked through 3 times, he was still doing the questions. Not even at the last qns. My gosh. Slow and steady wins the race huh. Anw, FTT here I come!!!
After that, rushed down for the blood donation. The registration form was so long! After that gotta cfm the form with the admin lady. Then had a checkup with the doc to ensure the weight, bp, etc are okay. He said my weight just made it. haha. Next was the iron count and stuff. That part was painful! =( First was the prick the tip of the finger and squeze some blood out. She then put the drop of my blood into some solution. The drop of blood was supposed to sink all the the way down but mine floated up tp the surface immediately, even before she can finish explaining the part that it is supposed to sink. They then did more testing on the iron count and ended up my iron count was not high enough for donation. The min is 12.5, but mine was 12.4. Just 0.1 below!! I guess it is either 1) paper cuts the day before 2) low blood 3) my weight just made the min, so the iron is not enough or this kinda stuff 4) a girls thing. hmmm. After that part, I was kinda hoping that mine won't make it cos just a prick on the finger is so damm painful, and i kinda chicken-ed out for the donation. Still, after seeing D donated his blood, my gosh. I wished i could also donate. hahaha. It looks so.....fun? haha. Maybe a good exprience. Oh wells. Too bad I do not have enough iron. I'd rather not take iron pills too. Talking abt that, D left his iron tablets in my bag. Hmpf.
Finally, dinner at chomp chomp was so fulfilling!!!!
